Use GAD-2 with reflex to GAD-7

GAD-2 is the first 2 questions of GAD-7.
Recommend performing the full GAD-7 unless the score on questions 1 + 2 is zero.
As noted in the article above, sensitivity and specificity of the GAD-7 depend on the cutoff scores:

Cutoff ≥ 10

Sensitivity 79%

Specificity 89%
